Shipping charges are based on weight/volume and will be added to your
invoice.
We use UPS or Purolator as our main carriers and only ship ground to keep costs low so we can pass on the benefits to you. We will prepay and the freight charges will be added to your invoice.
Items shipped within Ontario usually arrive in 1-3 business days, and in Canada outside of Ontario in 3-8 business days. International destinations vary.
We do ship internationally. Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees.

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are
accurate, actual colors will vary. Subtle color differences and textures may
not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors
and/or display cards.

have a business relationship. For example, if you choose to purchase a
product from us, we may use an outside vendor ship the order to you. In this
